Dear colleagues,

First and foremost, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all authors, reviewers and editors of the Arabian Journal of Geosciences (AJGS) over the last 10 years. It was only with their co-operation, enthusiasm, and spirit that we have been able make the AJGS a great success.

On the occasion of the 10^th anniversary of the AJGS, it is a pleasure and an honor to invite you to attend the 1^st Conference of the Arabian Journal of Geosciences (1^st CAJG), which will be held on November 12–15, 2018 on the waterfront of the Yasmine Hammamet, Tunisia.

The conference covers a wide range of topics that reflect the AJGS’s multiple scientific interests. It is an opportunity to invite and thank the authors, reviewers and editors who have supported and been associated with the AJGS from the beginning. Top researchers from all fields of geosciences will present their original work during these four days. To this end, a number of prominent speakers have agreed to give keynote presentations and courses. Moreover, we are planning a social program and field trips, where participants can take a little time out to explore the wonders of the geological sites of Tunisia.

To celebrate this anniversary, we invite you to come to Tunisia and contribute to and participate in an exciting conference in a stimulating environment.

How better to celebrate such an event than by gathering our AJGS editors, reviewers and (former and future) authors to share and discuss their new findings… Join us for a memorable experience!
